“I just had my first microneedling/peel treatment with Tracy. It’s only been 6 days and I can already tell this won’t be my last! I am truly amazed with the results I am already seeing on my “problem areas”. I mentioned to Tracy that I wanted to work on my under eyes and smile lines around my mouth specifically, and I can already see how the treatment has smoothed out those areas. The treatment itself was very easy and comfortable. She numbed me before we started, and to be honest I had to ask her if she had started, because it did not feel uncomfortable at all! “Today, I had an emergency, I needed my eyelashes and glue removed. I had an allergic reaction to my lash technician’s glue. They immediately took me in and removed the lashes and glue. The doctor had prescribe me an antibotic but it was not going to work if I still had the glue on my eyes. Amazing Lash Studio book me an appointment right way. My eyes feels so
much better. My eyes were really red and my eyelids very swollen. The lady at the front desk and the Master Eye Lash specialist were so kind and showed a lot of empathy. The Master Eyelash person knew what to do. I did not even feel her removing the eyelash and glue. I really have to give a BIG SHOUT out to the lady who was working the desk and the MASTER EYELASH Specialists. Thank you for your empathy and professionalism, it goes a long way. “Been coming here for years since the prices are cheap for brows ($10). I'll admit that usually the ladies are pretty heavy handed and it can be painful to get your brows threaded. However I went in and got helped by Hota/Jota and she was super gentle and it was relatively pain free. I'm not someone who really cares about the shape as long as they're cleaned up, but she did really well on the shaping. I am just happy I found her as when I go I typically need to wear numbing cream because it's so painful but with Hota she was super gentle and light handed.“
