I called Everclear and spoke to Chris about some concerns I had about possibly having lead in my home. Chris was extremely patient and answered all of my questions. I called more than once and he was never short with me or frustrated. He was extremely compassionate with me. Chris was also very knowledgable and explained things to me in detail. We ended up not having lead in our home so we did not need any restoration services but the fact that Chris still took the time to explain things to me and reassure me is a testament to the care that Everclear puts into their work.
This company and team were fantastic to work with. The men who came to fog our house were kind and friendly and would take the time to answer all our toddlers questions about what they were doing and explain the equipment they were using. Not only did our house feel cleaner once they left, the smell was AMAZING - if you love thyme and lemon, give them a call! We will definitely be using EES again in the near future!
I’d give this company 10 stars if it’d let me. From scheduling to the guys coming out, it was a breeze! Recently, we had Matt and Devin at our house for a fogging/wipe down and they were amazing. So professional and very personable. Matt told us about his family when he met our son and didn’t mind him getting in the way haha. Devin literally moved as fast as lightening and got in every corner, crack and crevice! They made our house smell/feel so fresh and clean.
They also came out a few months after for their new duct cleaning service and as expected they did a phenomenal job! Made the air so much cleaner and just made the air in the house clean... read full review
