Finding out you have mold in your home is one of the most depressing events one can experience. That said, Bruce and his team, specifically Kendra and Dellen, were awesome and helped alleviate some of the pain and frustration with this experience. Kendra did a great job being responsive and prompt with getting things set up. Bruce is a consummate professional and takes the time to educate you on whats happening and what your options are. Dellen did an awesome job with the remediation crew and was meticulous with his removal and cleanup - to give you a perfect example, Dellen stayed late meticulously cleaning WHILE his child was about to be born in a couple hours - thats dedication! Again, mold remediation is super frustrating and expensive but this team made it a little more palpable by providing great service.
