Don't understand bad reviews. I was treated well by all staff and can't say enough good things about Dr. Andrea Ferenzi and her assistant. My biopsy was was done with up most care and explained along the way. She discussed other concerns after the procedure.
I have seen other endocrinologists in the valley that have been terrible. This office has been great for me. I have finally gotten answers and they are working with me to get my body to balance out and feel better. The office has been very responsive. When I call in, I actually get a person. I am able to communicate through their app when necessary. Scheduling has been fairly easy and they have their own blood draw there at the office.
I have been a patient with Dr. Harari for many years and have had very good experiences each time. Dr. Harari, nursing staff and lab tech were nice as always and very professional. However, the front desk staff were absolutely terrible. They greeted myself and everyone who entered in a short impersonal manner. No hello or how may I help you just a rude “sign your name and time of arrival. Almost 40 minutes after my sign in time I got up to see why everyone who arrived after me had been called back.
