I’ve used Element Plumbing several times over the years and have had only positive experiences. I highly recommend this company if you want an honest professional plumbing business working for you.
They saved my day! I had asked them to help with repairs at my rental properties, but we had never met in person. Finally, it was my own home that needed help. This morning, the shaft of my shower handle broke while I was taking a shower, and I couldn’t turn off the water. I had no choice but to shut off the water supply to the whole house.
After I called Jen, she was incredibly thoughtful and arranged for Rob to come over the same day. Because of the unique wall structure in my house, Rob was able to precisely assess the internal layout and informed me that it would be impossible to access the plumbing from the other side of the wall. Rob and Jen are owner/operators of this plumbing company and are great at operating their local business. Rob did not charge to us to come and look at the job and gave an honest estimate without trying to gouge us or upsell the job. He was informative and did the plumbing job professionally and quickly. If we ever need more plumbing jobs done, which we will, I will definitely calling on them.
