Thank you, Chi for being patient and understanding my rodent problem. I have decided to stay with EchoShield because Chi was kind and helped me with my problem. I talked to a couple of other associates and felt that they didn't care about me or my problem. They just kept transferring me to other associates. Again, thank you, Chi.

David Richey came to my house and found the source of my rodent problem. I was finding insulation along the side of the house and assumed rodents were carrying it from my attic. David inspected and found no outlets for rats at my house but did find a birds nest in (and under) my neighbors second floor roof. Amazing find. Had to use my binoculars to confirm. Great work David.
