I have been a patient here for a few years now & the staff & Dr. Diaz have always been very helpful and knowledgeable, several times helping wih the cost of frames and options since I am a senior on a fixed income. Must admit I do not plan on yearly visits but going to try visiting more often in the future.
I've put off making an appointment and getting new glasses/contacts for years because it's always been such a hassle, but I was blown away by how easy and stress free the entire process was beginning to end with Diaz Optometry. I was able to book online and felt seen and heard as soon as I arrived for my appointment. Dr. Diaz and his associate, Mariah, were professional and calmly answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. I can't say enough good things about Diaz Optometry. They were able to get me in immediately for a possible eye emergency. Everyone was so nice, concerned and professional. Dr. Diaz explained everything with care and detail. Highly recommend!
