I called into the store and it went to voicemail. But immediately, received a text asking how they can help. I had immediate responses by a real person. I did not have to wait for a response (please note this was also during business hours). I have never had service like that! I have curtains I need pressed and I am about to head there now to drop them off. Super impressed!
