Terrible customer service... their automated voice response system will send you all over the place and you can't even talk to someone at the pharmacy. I called in to ask a simple question, waited on hold for 15 minutes and then they hung up on me after I asked my question. It was probably an accident but they didn't call back. So I called and waited on hold for another 10 minutes and told them about my frustration but they didn't even apologize at all.
Scheduling always make ls things very difficult. They are very rude. Make things very difficult. The doctor was very nice but the scheduling is the worst I've come in contact with
Wow, no wonder all the reviews are so bad for this group. I just had my first experience with them and I will be finding another medical group to work with.Very unaccomminating and unwelcoming.My experience was basically the same as Jacob Campbell that he shared 8 months ago.
