I am not one to normally write any review negative or positive HOWEVER For Crossroads Dental I have to due to the most positive experience I am currently going thru. I had some extensive dental work that had to be addressed. I have no issues with medical procedures but with my mouth and teeth ever since the Navy, I have a great deal of anxiety about dental work. When I started the process EVERYONE from the front desk, dental hygienist, to my amazing Dentist Dr. David Lee Chaffee made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel like I was being judged, or criticized for my dental issues (should note it was genetic disposition) I have had a major procedure and no pain or feeling during and recovery was simple and I had the assistance of the staff and doctor whenever I had questions. I am healing and am looking forward to my new smile, and confidence. Thank You very much for everything and I now feel more at ease with my dental care. I'm one of those few people that actually look forward to going to the dentist because of how amazing the staff at Crossroads Dental is. Dr. Clayton has the best "bedside" manner of any doctor that I've ever come across. He takes time to educate and explain what and why things need to be done. I have moved quite a bit away from the office and will continue to make the drive as long as Dr. Clayton is practicing.
