Ken was awesome and fit me in same day (when no one else would) when I had a computer emergency. He was polite, positive, and honest. I am very pleased with his quick, excellent work! I don't have much prior experience with techies but I know that in the future, should I need help again with any computer issues I will definitely be returning to Computer Paramedics, and I will be referring anyone else I meet that needs computer services to him as well!

Ken was very pleasant and was so helpful. I was able to discuss the issue with my laptop and he was professional and thorough. I had my laptop working better than I expected within two hours! Definitely recommend!!

Ken is a maestro of the computer repair. I've had an issue with my laptop since 2020 and Ken not only fixed the issue, but did it in a timely and very communicative manner. Also a cool guy to chat with! In a world where electronic repair is going the way of auto repair, in that you don't know who you can trust - Ken is a throwback to good service and quality work.
