I am so incredibly impressed with Vision Flooring! From the first call, to ordering, scheduling and installation, they have been a pleasure to work with. We had to break the job into two phases, which I expected to be a hassle, but it was a breeze.The installation team I got (Hector and Caesar) were remarkable! Their speed, professionalism and quality workmanship are unmatched. They were considerate, super helpful and even funny! And of course, our new carpet is absolutely GORGEOUS!We will for sure be using Vision Flooring when we are ready to replace our tile. Thanks so much!!!
My husband and I bought an 8x10 carpet scrap that we had bound to use as a rug. Shane was awesome to work with- so friendly and professional. He was able to guide our decision based on our unique needs. We went to multiple flooring businesses and this was by far the nicest and best customer service of all. We would definitely recommend and we will be using them in the future!
We’ve experienced great service from Vision Flooring. Our experience from the showroom, flooring measurement, and installation, went well. We love the new carpet. They made sure to keep in touch with us throughout the whole process. No hidden fees, everything was up front on what we had to pay and what to expect from installation. The installers were awesome! We would definitely use them again.
