They failed to fill out our taxes correctly in 2023 and now I received a letter from the IRS stating we owe. We went to them for years and trusted them....never again. Ultimately, it's our fault for not checking all the tax forms before leaving. They literally had my 2nd W-2 form folded in with my first form in their yellow packet. Remember it's your responsibility to check they are prepared correctly. They just lied and said it's our fault for not having the form in there.
