Mark is a fantastic barber. I was visiting Scottsdale from NJ for a weekend conference but came in a few days early to do some hiking. Needed a haircut BAD before meeting new people. Mark was not only welcoming and fun to talk to, he left me with a sick cut. The fade was perfect, he cut my part in so cleanly that I'm bringing a picture back for my barber at home, and he shaped my beard like a pro. To make things better, he texted me before the appointment which made finding the place as an out of towner extremely easy and low stress. Alexandro was a pleasure to work with both times I got my hair cut. I’m extremely picky about my hair and I don’t just let anyone cut my hair. His customer service skills are top notch and he m actually have a real conversation with you. I think he may be my personal barber from this point forward.
