Great customer service. Tae, the tech, installed 2 new Nest thermostats. Fixed a wiring issue on old thermostat that was causing cooling issues. Great service and a great price. Super friendly. Easy to work with. Fast and professional.
Our technician was extremely communicative prior to arriving. He then went above and beyond anything we could have asked for and explained everything he was doing in a manner that we could easily understand him an have confidence in the work he was going to perform.
