I've relied on Dionna Ward to assist with my mortgage broker needs throughout Arizona (specifically Buckeye, AZ and Heber-Overgaard, AZ).All in all I've been working with Dionna for all my mortgage needs for approximately 5 years. I hired Dionna Ward to help get approved on a conventional loan for my home in Phoenix, AZ.As mortgage brokers go, she really is the 'Bend over Backward Broker' by nature. I'll never forget the first time I met her when she openly said "I'm transparent, thorough and don't make promises on something I can't deliver".She did not disappoint!
