Horrible patient care!! No reply to multiple urgent messages! Left me on BP meds that were not working, BP was sky high for 2 weeks, leaving me at high risk for a massive stroke! BP caused severe and constant migraines leaving me unable to function. Ordered additional med to slow heart rate (no thank u), pharmacist was concerned and even called next day to see if I was ok. I told him I had bad reaction and stopped both meds and went back to previous BP med. I promptly changed to a new cardiologist not with banner!!

The receptionist came off combative to my wife upon check in but was extremely kind to the woman who was checking out with her. When we were leaving, she straight up refused to check out my wife even though she had checked out that other woman. It seemed racially motivated.

I was referred to Dr Agrawal by my primary. Our first visit he was cool but seemed a bit combative l when I asked questions about what can be causing my symptoms. He was very adamant about me starting a prescription even before the results came in. I went for my second visit today to follow up after my testing. He made a comment implying that the reason I had hypertension because I am African American and then stated “the way Black people eat, cause high risk of blood pressure” after I reminded him that I don’t heavy fats, high sodium or drink a lot.
