HONEST pool company which is hard to come by. They offer to repair / replace parts before replacing entire components which is rare to see in this business amongst the bigger companies. I have never had an issue with my pool since they took over the weekly service. They are kind, transparent and very communicative! Steve is great to deal with when handling repairs, and E.J. is the best technician there is! I couldn’t recommend this company enough.

I was having a pool party at my house on a Friday evening — went out about 4:30 just to do a final sweep and when I went to turn on the waterfall realized none of the jets were working. I called az oasis pools—it was after hours on a Friday— but i received a call back and the owner was trying to help me problem solve giving me some things to do. When that didn’t work, he said he would be over in the next 30 minutes. Remember this was a Friday evening. He and his wife came, he found that my 2 of my hoses had small holes and so air was getting into the system and keeping the jets/falls from working. The best pool repair company I've ever worked with, and I've worked with many as I have multiple rental properties I manage. Shout-out to Steve who had this fixed so quickly. He sent me pictures as he diagnosed the problem; I thought my drain line was jammed so he cleared it out but he then cleaned and lubed all the valves and it turned out that that was the problem. My pool and hot tub are running great again!
