I've been here a bunch of times in the last couple times I haven't been satisfied. I haven't been in a while and decided to give it one more chance. I asked the woman to spend more time on my neck and shoulders in the back of my head because I get headaches. When the one hour massage was over it just dawned on me that she didn't even touch my neck or my skull! She said okay finished bye. I mentioned that she did not touch my neck or my scalp, she said time was up. I understand I paid for an hour but I specifically asked for her to pay extra attention to certain areas. Most spas don't last ten years. There is usually a reason why a few do. With Asian Spa Massage it is partly being a very well educated licensed massage therapists. The manager was first educated in her specialty in Asia where schooling has a wider, broader, medical perspective. This was followed by California and then AZ accredited therapy schooling. Many other people were in other fields prior to being an LMT. In this instance it can mean we as guests have a broader chance for relief and or improvement. I think I found my official spot for massages. I love that the woman who worked on my back was very professional and it wasn’t a rub down as some places do. I’ve been getting massages for years… and not keen on making remarks on services very often, but this place is definitely worth it.
