I have been a patient of Dr. Brett Karren for a number of years and I have the highest regard for him and his entire staff.He and his staff always go out of their way to accommodate me. Yesterday, I called and explained that I was experiencing some tooth discomfort. I was able to see Dr. Karren within a couple of hours. This is the kind of excellent care I have come to expect from Dr. Karren and his staff.Dr. Karren always takes the time to fully explain what needs to be done and how he is going to do it. My appointment started on time for my Invisalign ‘restart/resume’. He discussed the plan with me, answered all of my questions during my visit and scheduled my follow up prior to me leaving. During the changing of my buttons on my teeth he made sure to check that I was doing ok. I received an apt card prior to leaving and later a text reminder. Have been going here for over 10 years and always a great experience from the front desk team through checkout.

For someone who does not like going to the dentist, they did a pretty good job. Doctor Abadi was very good with the procedures explanations. I know all the dental assistants are very caring and understanding as well. Kudos to a great team atmosphere.
