Dr. Darrell Wong is amazing, but the office staff not as much. I had a scheduled appointment for May, they contacted me to reschedule, which we did for 3 months later. Showed up to my 2nd scheduled appointment only to find out that Dr.Wong is not in. I received an automated reminder prior. Office staff insisted they tried to contact me, so I went back through call and voicemail history, and there was no contact. What bothers me is that they are insisting they did. Instead of just owning it. That's 2 appointments down!
Have been going to Az allergy associates for 20 years. They care about my well being. Both Dr Wongs, both Dr Rishi's and PA-C Castiglione are all wonderful. A lot of their staff have been there as long as I have. Highly recommend
I like this place. When you have a ton of food allergies, or your kids have them, it's hard to manage. Especially when children are young. But in the past month, they've always been quick to get us scheduled, and in the past two out of three visits, we were seen early. Today was very very busy, so we were a little late being seen, but it was within thirty minutes of the appointment. The receptionists are always kind, and the doctors/PAs are great about going over everything with you. My only complaint is regarding prescriptions getting sent to the pharmacy. Both times, my pharmacy didn't receive the requests until after I called, but they do eventually arrive. Usually within the same day I call. Overall, I do recommend this place. They have always taken good care of my daughter.
