I have been a client of ACP for several years and have never had issues until now. I emailed Jessica as per usual and waited for my response; when the taxes are completed they would contact me with a call/email. I never received a call and left several messages with no reply. I tried to schedule an appointment online, but the website was not working. I drove to the office, and spoke to a younger man who seemed to be the only person in office. He told me they received the email but would probably not get to them in time and would have to file an extension.

We had used Jessica’s CPA services for several years without any issues, but this year was an absolute nightmare. We uploaded our documents on March 3 and followed up several times to confirm receipt. They repeatedly assured us our tax returns would be ready on time, but as the deadline approached, they stopped replying to emails and phone calls. A few days before the deadline, they told us they’d file an extension—yet no one would commit to preparing our return. We have been using Jessica for years and have always liked her. We received an IRS notice stating there was an error (missing W2); which was provided to her hence her error. This error cost us an additional $1600 in interest and penalties. We understand mistakes happen and we figured it was an oversight. However, we were reaching out by phone and email (for over two weeks) to get assistance with how to respond as there is a deadline by the IRS and complete crickets from her. We had to consult with another accountant (Panda Accounting) who was able to look over everything in 15 minutes and gave us a response.
