Jessica has stolen $2000 from the 501C3. She is blaming it on their merchant services, stripe. But this has been going on for over 4 months now. We did a dispute with our bank for refunds and Jessica denied it and told us she doesn’t know what’s going on. The bank provided us proof. She won’t respond to emails. Horrible business owner to act this way. And the worst part is I’ve known Jessica for a long time. This situation is not over and I’ll provide more info as it comes in. Stay far away from them!!

Jessica ignored my instruction when I received a new bank account, she filed under my old one, resulting in my refund check being lost in the mail for weeks. This was 2018. Now that we' re in a pandemic, the IRS only has my INCORRECT bank info and address from 2018, and I've had to take several steps to correct her errors, to receive my stimulus check. When I notified Jessica of her errors, she just blamed me and said it was my fault. For an accountant, Jessica has no accountability. Take your business ANYWHERE else. 2 years later I'm still fixing her mess.

Jessica is amazing and really looks out for you. As a small business owner we appreciate her guidance in our business and keeping us on top of what needs to be done. They even do our payroll!
