Very honest and helpful. I wasn't sure I had an active termite issue or not, but Josh came out and reassured me I was fine and the tubes I found weren't active. Gave me plenty of tips and things to look out for as a first time home owner. Highly recommend!

Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough great things about Josh Miles and his business, Remedy Termite & Pest. He did fantastic, thorough, and professional work for us and eliminated the termite problem we had noticed in our house. A couple years later, when a home inspection suggested possible termite damage to a post of the ramada in the backyard, Josh was kind enough to stop on his way home after a full day of appointments in 110 degree heat and took a look and did a spot treatment to the structure. What an awesome guy! I’d highly recommend Remedy to anyone, esp folks in Scottsdale and those up north in Carefree and Cave Creek!Services: Termite inspection
