Matthew was amazing at his job incredibly knowledgeable and I really felt he went the extra steps to give me exactly what I needed because I wasn’t sure myself. Would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area and anyone who isn’t was definitely worth the trip for the customer service they give here

From start to finish, my experience at Red Wing Shoes Cave Creek was outstanding. Customer service clearly matters here, and Matthew went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I needed.
I first called around 4pm to confirm store hours. Daniel kindly let me know they were open until 7pm (instead of the advertised 5pm), which meant I could stop by that evening rather than ordering online. Since I’d only make it around 6:45, I called back for shopping guidance and spoke with Matthew. He asked thoughtful questions over the phone and was fully prepared when I arrived.
