Joel and his team did an amazing job today cleaning our carpets! He sent a reminder text the night before confirming he was coming and was prompt, professional, and friendly. He got out stains from our family with 4 kids including bloody nose stains, ground in gum, shoe polish stains, food stains, and all the other everyday grime build up. He gave me tips for stains in between professional cleanings, and walked through everything with me when he finished. The carpets look brand new! Joel and team did a FANTASTIC JOB! We had a 30 yr old (well cared for home) yet had sad white carpets and darkened grout. After his work the carpet was far beyond presentable, it would be just fine for move in. And similarly the darkened grout was made brilliant again. We can not express how amazing the work was and the end result! Highly recommend!!!
