Janson did a fair job of cleaning and delivering my work clothes weekly until they managed my winter coat. The hood had never been removed. It was returned with a splayed connector. I contacted them for repair which they grumbled about but finally agreed. However upon return, they billed me $20 for the repair.When I asked them by email to reconsider since the coat was damaged in their care they proceeded to call me and say they feel it was not their issue.The gentleman proceeded to tell me why they did not want to remove the charge even though I was a weekly customer.Honestly, I have no patience for businesses to be adding that kind of stress to my life. I am remarkably impressed with how kind and honest this place is. I took two jackets in & I had curious questions regarding the material etc. Because my jacket was made up with different types of material etc. I received an honest evaluation & the owner was more than happy to answer all of my questions honestly. The associate taking the clothes at the drive thru was also so kind. I will be back to take some other items there.

My new cleaners! I went here on the recommendation of people on the Nextdoor app. I like how they do the cleaning on site rather than sending it somewhere else. The turnaround time was really good and the price is spot on! They have a seamstress on site once a week. There is a drive through for no contact pick up and drop off. When I went to pick up my dry cleaning I went to the drive through and the employee came right out and took my drop off ticket. She put the clothes in the backseat for me. Highly recommended!!
