Steve, the owner, is excellent. In these times when you cannot count on your service person for any issue in your home or pool showing up as promised or even knowledgeable because they are new to the job, Infamous Pool Care is a refreshing change. I had a problem with my main pool motor and was leaving the next day for a trip, so I was concerned about leaving my pool unable to circulate in 100 degree weather. Steve told me not to worry and that he'd be there. He came at 8PM (almost dark), made the repair and got my pool going. I was able to leave on my trip with a clear mind. I wouldn't use or recommend anyone else other than Infamous Pool Care.

Steve came out last minute on a Saturday to help us with our pool. He explained what was going on and what needed to be done. He is a life safer!! He will be putting in a new system! Very professional and courtesy! We highly recommend this company.

I have been using Infamous Pool Care since mid-2017. I've used a number of pool services over the years and they can be, well, hit or miss. Infamous has really set itself apart. I had a little fire at the house; okay, it was big fire. The whole neighborhood burned (but, no houses, thankfully). As soon as the mandatory evacuation orders were lifted, the owner of the company was there to check out the pool. I didn't call him, as I had a lot of other issues to deal with. He just showed up, knowing that action would need to be taken. The pool was in pretty good shape, except that it had enough ash in it that it would need to be drained and refilled. He drained it -- and even bought some sprinklers on tripods to disperse the water over the scorched and parched landscape. The charge for all of this? NOTHING! That is not my typical experience with any pool service and it was much appreciated. I don't live in the house with the pool that Infamous services, but I do rent it out to tenants. Because I am not there to monitor the service, I need a service that can reliably get the job done without me being their de facto supervisor. I have not had a water quality complaint from any tenants and each time I have seen the pool in person, it is crystal clear. I very much value this, as it is one less thing I need to worry about with a rental property. They also monitor the performance of the pool equipment and make repairs (after authorization) when needed. Particularly useful is the weekly email report of the pool service, which includes a picture of the pool and the chemical levels therein. If you have made it this far, I think you probably can see that I am satisfied with Infamous -- they handle the basics of what you want in a pool service, yet go above and beyond the call when you find yourself in need of a little -- or a lot -- of extra help.
