I absolutely love my new gym! The owners/coaches are so knowledgeable and are very in tune to each of their clients' needs. I came from a large gym and am so glad I made the switch! You will get great results at Human Equilibrium!

After moving to Cave Creek and months of searching for the right person to work with my 81-year-old husband who has a mired of health issues, the most debilitating being Parkinson's Disease; we found the answer to our needs in Human Equilibrium and Themi Patramanis. Themi is without a doubt the most talented, patient, and connected trainer that we have ever worked with. His education, philosophy, and commitment has allowed my husband to improve his strength and ability to function at the best possible level. If you're looking for a family of people who motivate you, care about you, make your health journey fun and a safe space, then this is your place. Coming in here was the best thing I have ever done for myself. I always worked out and thought I was fit until I came here, now I'm in the best shape of my life. This is not your typical gym where you are lost in the crowds, here it is personal and geared to you. Love my gym!!
