Called 12/15/20 because of a leaking water line after I tried to replace a sink faucet myself. This company is extremely professional, courteous, and by far the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Tom Holder told me that they mostly do new construction plumbing. This was after his two young associates could not figure out how to take the Price Pfizer kitchen faucet apart to install a replacement cartridge. Mr. Holder was very glib and cavalier in my initial assessment meeting with him and likewise when he offered the excuse about the kitchen faucet. So if you want to chance using him for service work; BEWARE!
