I had been going to Lynn for years, giving good tips, Christmas cash and gifts, lemons to the shop. She burned me a few time with no apology, but I kept going. Then one appointment she would hardly speak and over-charged me. I notified the owner to have her call me, which she did not. I have found another salon.
