Chaparral Veterinary Medical Center (CVMC) is a full-service veterinary hospital and clinic for horses, dogs, and cats, established in 1978. The practice has constantly been striving to improve patient care by being progressive in the services it provides. CVMC now offers not only quality primary care services but also specialists for the most demanding referral cases. With 9 veterinarians, 15 staff members, and many other specialists, the clinic provides excellent customer service and patient care. Customers praise the staff's knowledge, care, and eagerness to help, and while the services may be slightly more than other locations, the quality is worth it. Clients have trusted CVMC with their small to large animals for many years and highly recommend the clinic for its compassionate and well-thought-out care. The whole staff and surgeon went above and beyond for care, gave very informative after care instructions, and follow-up guidance. The doctor was understanding and gentle putting an end to suffering. Dr. Geyer is fantastic, exceptionally professional, courteous and clearly at the top of her trade.
I can’t believe the difference a great Veterinarian Clinic makes.The Office staff in making the appointment went well, Vet Tech Lisa was excellent and Dr. DosReis was well versed on the treatment our 4 year old Aussie needed. In just four days with the new meds and the new daily treatment as prescribed. Her assessment of care needed was spot on, he is much better in four days. They provide excellent, consistent care for my horses, but what truly sets them apart is the level of empathy and humanity they bring to every situation. When my goat was suffering from severe heat stroke and I was unable to find anyone willing to take her in, Chaparral Vet stepped up without hesitation. They took her in, stabilized her, and quite literally saved her life. Thank you so much!
Dr. Alison Ariano, DMV is amazing!! She has a way of winning over even the most apprehensive animals and truly has their wellbeing in mind.
