“AZ Trusted Inspectors” was a recommendation from our realtor. These guys are awesome. Our inspector was Marc. He did an amazing job inspecting our potential home. Marc was timely, thorough, and honest. As Marc walked us through his inspection he took the time to ensure we understood every aspect of the inspection. I am thankful for the inspection and the recommendation to have HVAC and Roofers come out to the home. Both in which we did and found out the home needed roughly 28k worth of repairs. Marc did an excellent job with our new home inspection and was very thorough. He found a lot of items to fix that we never would have thought about! We received our inspection report the next day, prior to our own walkthrough. Highly recommend.
