Amazing customer service, which is not always a given in the towing industry. Unfortunately I've needed towing services on quite a few occasions, so I recognize good service when I see it! They showed up quickly and charged a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend
Corey went above and beyond to assist me after I took a wrong turn out in a remote area & ended up with two flat tires. He demonstrated strong technical expertise and careful judgment to successfully maneuver my vehicle out of a bind and onto the tow truck. I truly appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service, skilled and efficient vehicle recovery and tow, clear and reasonable pricing. When you need a tow, it’s not usually a fun day. Thieves attempted to steal my side by side on a trailer but abandoned it in the middle of my road, blocking neighbors and leaving me with a broken trailer. Catalina Towing was able to respond quickly and recovered the trailer and ATV and deliver back to my driveway. The entire interaction with Ramses was excellent! Thank you!!
