Checked in for appointment 30mins early. There's a sign that say do not show up earlier than 1hr before appointment. They checked seal at guard shack. Got a door right away , they give you a QR code to send pictures of your trailer in the door, a picture of the wheel chock and tandems slid to the back , and a picture of you being disconnected from the trailer. Pretty lame requirements.
A definite learning experience for new drivers, but very pleasant shipping and receiving was phenomenal the young lady behind the desk. She was pretty informative and helped us out in a big way. Got us out.
I think the rudeness is being generated by their own dysfunction. Why must everyone try to re-invent the wheel so that it can multi-task in ways it was never designed to do?!?!?!?
Window 1 used to be where u checked-in by dropping your pprwrk, no hassle quick ez. Window 2 was where u picked up completed pprwrk after you received your call from S&R (or CRO, as they call it)... yet now everyone stands in line in the office waiting to be called to the window, which window, that depends, they didn't realize I was checking in because they kept asking if I was the driver for another door, approx time just to Check-In, inside the S&R (sorry CRO) office was 22mins, just to...read full review
