I am very happy with Safelite. Cheryl at the front desk was very very helpful and friendly when I stopped in to verify my appointment and my windshield. Nicholas was an amazing technician who explained everything he was doing and how he explained how the glass is processed during manufacturing. He was also able to save me some money during the process. Nick was just a pleasant man to work with. I would always recommend Safelite!!

I scheduled an appointment online for a windsheild replacement, as I had a chip that had spidered out pretty badly. Scheduling the appointment was very easy! I showed up about 10 minutes early and was greeted in the office as soon as I walked in. I stayed in the office area while the replacement was done and it was a very pleasant atmosphere. Soft Rock was playing on the big screen and I was able to sing along with all the songs that came on. They offer free WiFi while you wait, complimentary bottles of water and coffee. There is also a restroom if you need it. My wait was just under two hours, during that time I was able to get some things done on my laptop and have very nice conversations with some of the staff and another customer. It was such a pleasant visit! I really have to say that each technician I saw and listened to during my stay was very polite and professional. They all had good raport with eachother and you can tell they are pretty tight knit. I overheard conversations with cutomers that staff had on the phone and the Safelite staff were patient, understanding, and compassionate, especially when having to reschedule service due to the rain on Friday. I enjoyed my time in their cozy little office and I am VERY pleased with my new windshield. All my safety systems were recalibrated and I feel good on the road again.
