Called my normal AC service company and their earliest available appointment was over a month away. R&I was readily available to service my AC, showed up on time and was honest with the condition of my units, no up selling. Thank you!

Called R&I on a Saturday morning. A/C Was running but no cold air. They came out a few hours later found a leak, repaired it and had it running before the heat of the day set in. I would highly recommend this company.
