They provide a range of services, including full-service grooming, bathing, and convenient walk-in options for nail trims, teeth brushing, and more. Many clients appreciate the friendly service and reasonable prices, making them repeat customers. While there have been mixed results with different groomers, most experiences are positive. Some customers enjoy the option of trying various groomers to find the right fit. However, there have been concerns, such as a reported case of kennel cough. Overall, PetSmart Grooming offers quality services for pets.
They always do such nice nails trims with their nail grinder and their service is very friendly which is what matters most. This along with their good prices is what makes me a repeat client.
Karen is a very patient and very good trainer ... she is polite, friendly, personable and very professional...each class seems to hit the nail on the head with my puppy's training each week ... the rest of staff at petsmart are also very friendly, helpful and polite ... Everyone i've encountered there seem to know their animals, where everything is as well as be available to help out when needed ! I will continue to not only enroll in group classes but private training sessions and make this my store of choice for my Fiona's needs
For the last several years I have taken our dog, Roo, to be groomed at PetSmart and are always very pleased with how he looks. Staff very friendly and you can tell they love animals.
