Supposedly Horizon Health & Wellness in Cottonwood says they strive to show compassionate care to their clients. I disagree, that's far from what I have received here. Those that did show kindness I did not get the pleasure of speaking with them before I had to escalate this incident to get the care I should've received as a patient and as a human being. I'm not sorry to say this, common courtesy is not equal to the amount of care needed for others' behavioral health! Those that have an SMI determination are not common! Technology shouldn't be the reason that medical needs don't get done! The Minimum or mediocre is not Enough!

service ok but the front lobby smells like urine for the past 2 days

Update 30 min wait on blood draw today.

Usually doctor appointments are not even this long. 🙄

I have been going here probably since before 2019, they have always met me with compassion, understanding, and the truth! (Even though it was sometimes difficult to hear...) I am forever grateful to everyone on my team, and everyone I have the chance to interact with along the way! If you can get anything out of my review, know this, that healing is not a one size fits all thing, you may find people you don't agree with, or feel like you relate to, and that's okay!!!! There are soo soo many amazing people working here, and that want to help you!!! I hope you find whatever you are looking for, to whoever reads this!! Thank you!
