We had Abby today and the service was phenomenal! My son struggles with hair cuts. She was so kind and patient and made him laugh. She also recognized some sensitivities and went out of her way to help him. Will definitely come back and ask for her again.

We go to this establishment for one reason. This reason is Mikie. He is an absolute thrill to be around and he makes our cutting experience enjoyable and want to keep coming back. He does my wife's, daughters, sons, and my hair. We started going to him when he was at the Florence location and followed him to the promenade location due to his friendly and welcoming mentality. He is the best hair stylist I have ever been to. I will no longer go anywhere else that doesn't have Mikie as a stylist. Five stars for Mikie and Great Clips. Will definitely recommend to everyone I encounter.
