Went here for a pedicure for me and my daughter, who is 3 years old. I knew she wouldn't be able to reach the water very well considering she's so small, but she recently had both legs broken in a car crash and just got her casts removed, which left a lot of dead skin on her legs and toes that she needed scrubbed off. I paid the full price of an adult pedicure to get it done for her, for the guy who did it for her to act like it was ridiculous for him to be doing in the first place. The service itself was fine, but I didn't appreciate that she was being treated like an invalid customer or something. I loveeeeee this place! Honestly, it was my first time going and I got into a seat so so so quickly. The man doing my nails, named B, made sure that everything was done with complete precision. I loveee the way my nails turned out, and I am definitely going back and requesting the same thing. My nails and hands look so good and elegant, my cuticles look amazing, and the entire service was amazing in general. Thank you guys so much!
I have tried several places in casa and Essence is actually worth the extra money. All the girls take the extra time to really pamper you. My nail always look so great. Highly recommend!!
