Customer service is excellent! The service I get EVERYTIME is great! Nick is AMAZING , his knowledge and bedside manners, like no other. He is patient, caring and understanding to one's needs, very rare to find these days. Thank you ALL at Cloud 9 for being an example of what great customer service and patient care should be ❤️

I can’t believe how friendly everyone was. The attention to detail is impeccable and they really take the time to know you as a client. Nick made sure I got exactly what I wanted, knew what was happening before we started and ensured that I was comfortable during the entire process. If you want the best staff, a good environment and confidence when you leave cloud 9 is the place to come!!!❤️Services: Ultherapy

All staff was so welcoming and friendly. I felt super comfortable before and during the appointment. Everyone was knowlegable and answered all questions and concerns, Im currently still in the healing process. I love my lips!!Service: Lip fillers
