very bad experience and left my eyes and forehead asymmetrical (uneven) a friend recommended I go here to get help with scarring. they wouldn't recognize my friend or give us the credit for the referral despite it being advertised on their website. They acted like they didn't know what I was talking about or who and shes gone there many times. anyways I proceeded with the percedure. everything was fine and he told me since we only tried baby botox back in june despite paying $600 and not using it all at all. (the 1 nice thing ive done for myself in YEARS when it comes to beauty) and I didn't use the entire vial, so he said that I could come back 1 or 2 more times for the rest depending on how much I received or liked the affects. well I went back for the rest this september and they tried to charge me again.they got rude with me, laughed, made a scene while I stood there dumbfounded. he clearly did it on purpose bc it doesn't seem like he did anything to the right side of my face at all talking about what medication i should take the entire time. I am very upset and left a review which he has also overlooked elsewhere without ever once trying to make it right or apologize for their mistake. They even made me run a credit check knowing i owed them nothing amd that they actually owed me as well as my friend ,which has also added to my already ruined credit listed under some witchy website that looked extremely sketchy. 😒 I am furious and have been thru more than enough prior to this!!! now it looks like I have ANOTHER scar to add to the 3 to 5 I have on my face already. GREAT! would NOT recommend and it definitely feels personal. They are even running my new debit card which has 0 dollars on it and I'm not sure why!! Hoe about you fix your mistake first?? Yeah terrible people and spa! obviously !
