Wendy’s virtual mat Pilates classes are excellent! Her classes are the perfect combination of strength training, cardio, and stretching. I always feel stronger, more aligned, and less stressed after her classes! I recommend Wendy and Studio Kinetics for all ages and fitness levels. She is very knowledgeable about the human body and can tailor exercises and workouts to your specific needs. Give her a try, you will feel great and won’t be disappointed!
Wendy is an amazing Pilates instructor. She’s helped me with flexibility and strength after a spinal fusion surgery. I can’t recommend her enough.
