I always say the true test of a business is in an emergency. While our emergency wasn't extremely dire, it was to us. We have a Pentair pool pump that was installed in October 2020 but our installer is no longer available to us for repairs. Our pool filtration system was suffering from power failures, communication failures, and schedule failures along with lack of suction. Pentair directly referred us to EcoBlu. We called them because our pool servicer wasn't comfortable with fixing the pump without cancelling the warranty. I called Taylor at EcoBlu who was cool, calm, confident, and so nice to work with. We contracted EcoBlu Pools of CareFree, Az to resurface our 20 yr old pool and spa, update the technology, new filtration, and new color lighting. The work was performed timely and supervised directly by the owner insuring work was done to their standards. Kevin, the owner, helped us select equipment, added finishing touches with tile, and advised us on color scheme The Technician staff were also cheerful, energized and skilled in their work. We offer the highest recommendation for this contractor and a gem in in this day and age with the challenges of finding reputable businesses.
