I brought my very loved but naughty and difficult dog here this morning to be groomed. Everyone I came in contact with was so fun and kind, supportive and thoughtful as well as being professional. Our experience was simply great and Lucky Banana is clean to the bone!

Our two dogs always go right in the doors and are greeted by the staff with “hello” and “welcome back” so we feel fortunate to have the great staff who are always willing to help whether it’s grooming or a weekend stay!

My dog had a hard life and was rescued from a breeder that kept her in a kennel and bred her. She’s so timid and afraid of everything. I’ve used the Carefree pet resort in the past. They are always good. However this thine they were Amazing ?. They took so much time and effort making sure my girl was cared for and felt safe. Amber went above and beyond what was expected. Amber called me and sent me updates. She took such great care of Winnie. Many many thanks !
