I rarely write reviews BUT I can’t say enough good things about Crystal Clear Pool. I usually take care of the pool myself but it started to run slow and wouldn’t maintain pressure. I was unable to fix it. I had company coming in a few days. I was having a hard time finding a pool service that would help me.John promptly returned my call and to my delight and surprise, he set me up with a service call first thing the next morning. Jim arrived promptly at the appointed time. (It was early!) He figured out my problem and had my system running again in minutes. I use this company because they are honest and efficient. Under normal conditions, i take care of it myself. Recently I looked in the back yard and the pool water was scruffy with black and green mold. For three years, the pool has been perfect until now. I called and Jim was there the same day with a cocktail of liquids that he said would fix the problem. Yes, I was skeptical. In one day the difference was amazing and in three days the pool was perfect. Yes, I took my eye off the ball and Crystal Clear Pools Carefree is my company when I get in trouble. Another great and true story. My two intake covers at the bottom of the pool cracked. They had to be replaced with raised covers due to a young girl getting her hair caught in the intake. Well, my old pool sweeper would always get stuck on the raised intake covers and not clean the pool. This occurred prior to John owning the company. John had Jim try a few pool cleaners with cleats on the wheels but none was satisfactory until he installed a four wheel pool cleaner which never gets caught on the vent. Just a great solution to my problem. These are good men with a good company who never give up. P Scottsdale

Carefree Crystal Clear pools, extremely reasonably, replaced by pool motor, drained and acid washed my pool, cleared a skimmer line, replaced a pool light, and currently maintains my pool to a high degree. I have had a great experience with each of their employees I have met and I highly recommend giving them your business. To be blunt they do a hell of a job.
