Riley was absolutely fantastic. He was suppose to install a new disposal because mine was broken. When he examined my disposal he saw that it was still under the manufacturer's warranty and provided me with the information to contact them to get a new unit for free. Such honesty and helpfulness is not often seen. I applaud Riley.

Appliance Works saved us time and money with very quick service. Came out the same day to fix our dishwasher. Riley, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous. We will call Appliance Works again if we need appliance repair.
