Logan, the newest team member, is already fitting right in — you can tell he genuinely cares, which brings a lot of peace of mind as a pet parent. At the front desk, Anya keeps everything running smoothly and professionally. She’s always friendly, organized, and makes booking and check-in a breeze, no matter how busy it gets. And of course, none of this would be possible without Shawn, the owner and trainer. His passion for dogs sets the tone for the entire resort — his training advice has made such a positive difference for us.
