Ira was knowledgeable, efficient, reasonably priced, fast, friendly and honest! He replaced our OLD hard drive, cleared out a million viruses, and added ram and an antivirus within 24 hours of dropping off our ANCIENT Dell Inspiron. We were so relieved we didn’t need a new computer. Highly recommend him to anyone in Verde Valley or beyond who needs a great tech person!

Definitely recommend this business! Answered all my phone calls. Customer service and willing to go above and beyond is an understatement. I brought in two tv’s and a computer monitor for service and couldn’t be happier with the results. They strive for same day service but deliver on great turn around time so I had less downtime for my business. Photos to follow once I get set up again.

As new business owners, there's a lot of moving pieces and it's often times overwhelming. Especially when our business relies heavily on technology and networks that are well beyond our scope of understanding. Luckily for us, Ira, has been right by our side and often times, well ahead of us!
