For the 3rd time in a row, we have had a very good experience at this vision center. All doctors and staff are friendly and patient. My family and I have never felt dismissed or disrespected. Everyone takes their time and allow us to take our time when needed. I hope the entire vision center get recognized for consistently showing respect and a positive attitude.
My wife and I go to Dr Kaminski in buckeye at Walmart and he and his wife are very good with the eye exams, very thorough and explains everything as he is doing the exam, highly recommend both of them, very professional staff and helpful with everything.
I'm new to the state and accidently dropped my glasses off my night stand and it tweaked them. I called and spoke to Jen (I hope I got the name right) and explained my situation. She told me to come in and she could see what they could do. She made a few adjustments and they sat on my face much better. Excellent customer service - helpful, friendly, welcoming and quick!
